Talented Canvey Island Swimmer, Sophie Drake has continued her recent good form at the British Championships by being selected to represent Team GB at the forthcoming European Junior Championships in Prague.

ASA East Region third Open Water Championships, to be held at Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre in Norwich on Sunday 19th July

The event builds on the successful Championships held in 2008, as an all day family event with plenty of food available for purchase from the barbecue! The order of events has been changed however with no ASA Grand Prix Series this year. Once again, any club with swimmers entering each of the four events (male or female) will be automatically entered in the team competition
